Angel - Angel had lived with five families before giving up hope and living with the junkyard dogs. She met Scamp and became his girlfriend before moving in with Darling and Jim Dear.

Boris - a gray Russian Wolfhound or Borzoi, and one of the Pound Dogs
Bull - a bulldog and one of the Pound Dogs
Buster - the leader of the Junkyard Dogs
Colette - one of Lady & Tramp's puppies
Dachsie - a dachshund and one of the Pound Dogs
Danielle - one of Lady & Tramp's puppies
Darling - wife of Jim Dear and owner of Lady
Francois - a Boston terrier and one of the Junkyard Dogs
Jock - Scottish Terrier who was a neighbor and friend of Lady
Lady - a spaniel owned by Jim Dear and Darling
Mooch - an Old English Sheepdog and one of the Junkyard dogs
Mr. Busy - a beaver who helped Lady get her muzzle off
Otis - a Chihuahua who was at the pound
Pedro - a Chihuahua and one of the Pound Dogs
Peg - a Pekingese, and one of the Pound Dogs
Pidge - nickname Tramp gave to Lady. Short for Pidgeon.
Professor - man who was mistaken for Tramp's owner when Lady & Tramp attempted to enter the zoo
Reggie - a vicious bull mastiff that is an enemy of the Junkyard Dogs
Ruby - an Afghan hound who was one of the Junkyard Dogs
Sarah - Aunt of Jim Dear, and owner of two Siamese cats named Si and Am
Scamp - puppy of Lady & Tramp, boyfriend of Angel
Scratchy - an old dog who was one of the Junkyard Dogs
Sparky - an Irish wolfhound who was one of the Junkyard Dogs
Tony - owner of an Italian restaurant who fed Tramp and Lady
Toughy - one of the Pound Dogs
Tramp - a stray dog who rescued Lady, and eventually became her mate.
Trusty - a bloodhound and neighbor and friend of Lady
